Recently I became eligible to buy an auto! And - apply for a credit card to maintain my beloved car. I never knew that there is actually a very saturated market of credit cards, I mean, "car credit cards". I can choose myself a credit card depending on a brand of a car I am going to buy!
I may desire Lexus, Nissan, and Volvo - there is already a wonderful reward Visa or MasterCard for each of the car. When I realized this, I understood that I need to carry out some severe research and decide - which card to use.
I am not boasting, but I have got not just a good, but wonderful credit history! So, the hardest part for me is to make the right choice - select the right card to save good money on the car expenses.
Where do I start from? The Internet. This all-powerful tool really provides access to the breadth of information and serves as a unique assistant in making a decision.
Thus, having studied all the info on the sites, I started hesitating: which are the best credit card offers from Visa and MasterCard? All of them promised to be the best.
I mean, Citi Driver's Edge Select MasterCard allows enjoying rebates irrespective of my car's brand. One even can have no other option except a used car. Clients of this card are also promised rebates of 6% on purchases at supermarkets, drugstores, gas stations with a subsequent drop to 3%.
I believe it is a sweet credit card deal. Besides, it offers 0% introduction APR, as well as low ongoing APR. And, don't forget, lavish rebates! Since, I didn't make up my mind which brand of car to purchase this card is just an excellent choice for me. But... My attention was caught by Subaru Platinum MasterCard. It has got absolutely no annual fee and rather generous rewards. This card has certainly aroused real interest.
I remembered that my friend used to mention that Chase Bank Subaru Credit Card was really convenient for him on any road.
Thanks to numerous Subaru dealerships he was constantly provided with well-trained staff and high-quality service. Although, there are more advantages, I still hesitate a bit. There is one significant drawback I see - I cannot earn rebates of more than $500 a year. Taking into the consideration that earning credit card rewards is my top priority, this particular fact makes me go on - and search some other cards.
One more contra - is Subaru actually the car I wish? I guess, I need to think it over some more. I will go on with my auto credit card investigation. I don't want to make my car decision based on the card choice.
What I would like to say once again is that without World Wide Web searching for a card would be a complete disaster. There is an ocean of cards, credit card companies, banks, etc... One needs a systematic approach for sure.
