I have a $50,000 equity line with a 16% intrest rate on a investment property. I'm trying to do somthing about it because my payment is $450 only intrest. I'm thinking about getting a equity line on my home. They offer me 8.25% on $50,000 and my payment would by $345. I'm also thinking about applying for 2 or 3 credit cards at the same time with a low interest rate or o% for 12 months, so I could have to take less money out of my equity line. I applied for 2 credit card 7 month ago and they were denied to me. My credit score is around 700. How would applying at the same time affect my credit score? How should I go about this? |
